Team Lead Rolling Stock Mobile Maintenance

As a Team Lead Rolling Stock Mobile Maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising teams, providing technical support, ensuring safety and compliance, leading and inspiring, improving processes, and supervising the OTM permanent service.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent by experience.
• Good knowledge of French and English.
• Significant experience in managing technical projects and operational planning.
• Ability to coordinate teams and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn about ECM, EN15085, and ISO standards.
• Solution-oriented, accurate, and proactive approach.
• Ability to identify client needs (internal and external) and propose tailored solutions, while ensuring the quality and continuity of service delivery.
• Results-oriented, determined, and able to mobilize necessary resources to achieve concrete results within set deadlines.
