Job Description
InfraServices is seeking a Tower Foreman to oversee all aspects of wireless tower construction and maintenance. This hands-on role involves supervising crews, ensuring safety, and coordinating resources to deliver critical telecommunications solutions. The position requires leadership, training, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Supervise daily activities of tower crews.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Lead the installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, and other equipment.
- Interpret construction documents and RF specifications.
- Manage job site logistics and materials.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure work meets standards.
- Travel to job sites.
