Job Description
InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure. This senior-level role requires advanced technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. InfraServices fosters a collaborative and relaxed atmosphere while prioritizing excellence and valuing employees.
Requirements
- Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services
- Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations
- Proven ability to complete complex tower work independently and guide others
- Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
- Must have or obtain and maintain OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
- Must have or obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
- Must have or obtain and maintain Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification
- Must have a valid driverās license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
