Tower Technician III

InfraServices is seeking a Tower Technician III to lead tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure. This senior-level role requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. Requirements

• Three to five years of progressive experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services
• Experience overseeing crews and supporting field operations
• Proven ability to complete complex tower work independently and guide others
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
• Must have or obtain and maintain OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
• Must have or obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
• Must have or obtain and maintain Competent Rigging and Hoisting Certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
