Tower Foreman

We're seeking a Tower Foreman to oversee all aspects of wireless tower construction and maintenance at assigned job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on all projects.

Requirements

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews
• Claw and perform work on communication towers and elevated structures up to 500 feet
• Serve as a safety leader on-site
• Lead the installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, hybrid cables, connectors, and mounts
• Interpret construction documents and RF specifications
• Manage job site logistics, materials, schedules, and documentation
• Perform and oversee advanced testing and troubleshooting
• Ensure proper rigging and hoisting techniques are followed
• Conduct quality assurance checks
• Supervise the tracking of on-site inventory and materials
• Maintain and inspect rigging, hoisting, and climbing equipment
• Maintain open communication with management regarding job status, issues, and changes
• Complete required documentation accurately
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
