CEO Assistant

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Strategy & Operations professional to work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, operational execution, and key corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in a top-tier investment bank or leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Tier-1 IB)
• Strong understanding of financial and legal frameworks across the US and China, with hands-on experience in related matters
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex information and operate under pressure
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
