Job Description
As an Analytics Enablement Expert, you will drive high-quality reporting, accelerate campaign development, and embed data-driven thinking across diverse teams. You will work closely with the Analytics Enablement Centre of Excellence Lead and cross-functional partners to shape the structures, tools, and insights that power our Marketing Optimisation, Campaign, and Fulfilment operations.
Requirements
- Exceptional internal knowledge of INGâs people, systems, processes, and campaign ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, clarify ambiguity, and keep diverse stakeholders aligned throughout extended decision cycles
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when reviewing logic, interpreting T&Cs, validating code, or maintaining fulfilment criteria
- Solid technical capability in SAS/SQL and a strong understanding of INGâs data warehouse structures
