Job Description
ING Hubs Philippines (ING Hubs PH) is seeking a Business Analyst for the Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting. As a Business Analyst, you will analyze complex Finance business issues, deliver excellent substantiated analysis, and support Tribes and squads to take decisions. You will guarantee that business requirements and non-functional requirements are translated to IT Solution requirements. You will work in a squad with around 8 colleagues from different areas of expertise, and you like to work together in a constructive way in a multidisciplinary squad.
Requirements
- Education at Bachelor/Master level in (business) administration or comparable
- Knowledge of and experience with Business Analysis
- Integral, cross domain knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Expert with strong analytical skills, using state of the art methods and techniques
- Knowledge and experience in business and IT in e.g., the area of process management, financial services
