ING is looking for a Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Quality Assurance Team of the Compliance Function. The role is responsible for running local quality assurance activities, including Second Line Monitoring, Independent Testing, QA Thematic Reviews, QA Continuous Monitoring, and Process Reviews.
Requirements
- Design and production of reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Automation of workflows and reporting processes through Power Automate
- Experience developing automations or reports that support QA, compliance, or risk management activities
- Familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies for continuous improvement and early risk identification
- Advanced data analysis and modeling leveraging Knime
- Ability to translate complex data results into clear narratives for presentation to various stakeholders
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and create dynamic, interactive reporting solutions for stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Forward looking, strategic thinking

- 3-6 years of experience in Compliance or Audit area
- Background in Investment products
- Experience in Big4
- University degree
- Relevant knowledge of the risks and processes within Financial Crime Compliance, Organisational and Conduct Compliance, and Employees Compliance and Ethics
- Investigative mindset and understanding of audit methodologies
- Analytical skills and sound judgement
- Proactive mentality and adaptability to complex and changing environments
- Excellent level of Spanish and English (verbal/written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
