Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring the company meets Group requirements and regulatory obligations for AML, PSD2, ABAC, CoI, ESG and other compliance areas. The role involves developing QA frameworks, validating AML monitoring systems, and reviewing compliance-related KPIs. The position plays a vital role in the Compliance Department, contributing to the department’s strategic plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in Compliance, AML, or Internal Audit within financial services.
- Familiarity with BoG regulations, PSD2, AML/CFT frameworks, and payment systems.
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Law, Economics or related fields.
- Knowledge of AML laws and regulations in Greece and the European Union, as well as best practices.
- Previous proven working experience in Digital Payments area will be considered a plus.
- Excellent command of English & Greek language (verbal & written communication).
- Organized team player with a positive “can do” attitude and with that a determination to succeed in a challenging and competitive environment.
