Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a Compliance Specialist to maintain and update policy documentation, monitor and assess regulatory changes, and conduct risk assessments to ensure the organization's ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Maintain an organized repository of compliance policies and procedures
• Support updates to policies and procedures to align with changing regulatory and business requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments and summarize key changes that may impact the organization
• Support compliance risk assessments by gathering data, identifying potential risks, and tracking mitigation actions
• Help test and monitor the effectiveness of compliance policies and controls to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare summaries and reports on policy reviews, regulatory changes, and risk assessment activities for management review
