Ethics and Compliance Specialist

We're looking for an Ethics and Compliance Specialist to support our Ethics & Compliance Program by leading the implementation of the annual training and communications plan. You will collaborate closely with the Employee Communications team to develop and deliver engaging compliance messaging and learning content across the organization.

Requirements

• Coordinate the development and implementation of the annual Ethics & Compliance awareness and training program
• Manage end-to-end training logistics such as content deployment, scheduling, enrollment, reminders, tracking, and escalation of non-completion
• Analyze employee survey results, training metrics, and engagement data
• Support process improvements by identifying best practices and recommending enhancements to training and communication workflows
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory reviews
• Partner with the Enterprise Communications team to support the Ethics & Compliance communications strategy
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects designed to enhance the effectiveness and reach of nVent's Ethics & Compliance Program
