Ethics Specialist

USANA is seeking an Ethics Specialist to educate, investigate, and enforce brand partner agreements and corporate policies. The role involves auditing sales, reviewing requests, and ensuring legal and ethical business practices. This position is located in Taipei, Taiwan and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Complete investigations by looking into possible violations of the terms and policies.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to complete investigations.
• Recommend corrective actions to the manager for policy violations.
• Educate employees and Brand Partner on the USANA Brand Partner terms and policies.
• Audit retail sales verification for compliance
• Process all requests for person-to-person transfer of Brand Partnerships in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Process requests for moving, re-entries and placement changes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
