Customer Journey Expert - Financial Accounting

As a Customer Journey Expert Financial Accounting, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing business-driven changes in financial accounting systems and processes. You will work with the Accounting teams of ING Belgium to translate business needs into documented use cases and support the definition of a solution fitting the needs.

Requirements

• Holding a master's degree in (business) economics or a comparable field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a change delivery role and/or banking role
• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus
• Having a basic knowledge about banking products and bank accounting is a plus. Having a genuine interest in these domains is a must
• Having hands on experience in Cognos is a help
• Self-starter, self-organizing and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Analytical mindset, takes initiative and result-oriented
• Strong communicator and able to present work in a clear manner
