Job Description
As a Customer Journey Expert, you will analyze and implement business and regulatory changes in finance reporting systems and processes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will translate business needs into documented use cases, support solution definition, and ensure smooth transitions to production.
Requirements
- Master's degree in (business) economics or a comparable field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a change delivery role and/or banking role
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulatory reporting
- Hands-on proficient level of experience on SQL, Cognos, MS Excel, Power BI
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
