Requirements
- Completed study in business administration, economics, computer science, etc. or banking experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally in the area of onboarding processes
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of customer journey design
- Comprehensive knowledge of project work, (IT) process management, and ideally of the business field of digital customer interfaces and bank products/Self Services
- Praxis in the conception and implementation of professional requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Holistic thinking, systematic, independent working style, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of working in a team
- Ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
- Very good German and English in writing and speaking
