Requirements
- Studies with focus on Economics / Business Informatics, banking vocational training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in onboarding processes and/or the design of end-to-end customer journeys
- Practice in conceiving and implementing professional requirements; experience with agile working methods
- Analytical and holistic thinking, very good understanding
- High affinity to and understanding of digital technologies
- Communication skills and conflict management
- Presentation and moderation skills
- Ability to think beyond one's own horizon and develop sustainable solutions
- Very good German and fluent English in word and writing
