Job Description
We are looking for a Business Banking Product Manager - Daily Banking to design and develop innovative products and services, and continuously optimize our offer. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the SME / KMU business and classical bank products, with several years of experience in the banking environment or at FinTechs.
Requirements
- Relevant completed study, e.g. economics, or equivalent qualification or experience in the banking / financial sector
- Outstanding understanding of the SME / KMU business and solid knowledge of classical bank products in this segment, especially in the Daily Banking area
- Several years of professional experience in the banking environment or at FinTechs, ideally in business or product development or sales
- Ability to consistently think from a customer perspective when developing new products
- Enthusiasm for digital innovations and ideally experience with agile working methods
- High self-motivation, independent working style, and enthusiasm
- Proactive and team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills and high networking competence
- Very good English in speech and writing; good German is an advantage
