Job Description
ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a Data QA/Test Engineer to join our Data Tribe. As a Data QA/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing quality assurance activities throughout the development life cycle.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with SQL
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Designs, Test Strategy Specifications, Test Cases and Scenarios
- Experience in raising, tracking and retesting defects
- Experience in test estimation
- Ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams and interact with business stakeholders
- Ability to learn new things and gain expertise in complex business systems quickly with attention to detail
- Demonstrable leadership experience in coaching and mentoring people to reach a common goal
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent team player
