QA Tester

We are a fast growing and dynamic international company looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tests, documenting and reporting bugs, managing tasks, and communicating with team members to ensure quality product delivery.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in an IT-related subject preferred
• At least 3+ years of relevant QA technical experience on enterprise and mobile software solutions
• Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks
• Experience creating clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases
• Strong programming knowledge
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications
• Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
• A good understanding of business processes
• Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
• A creative mindset – and the ability to approach a problem creatively
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of software and IT systems
• Expertise in database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored procs, jobs, triggers and replication
• Highly organized with Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills
