We are looking for a highly experienced and rigorous professional to join our People / HR function in a critical role combining Employee Benefits, Flexible Compensation, Payroll, and Labor Relations.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience in Employee Benefits and Flexible Compensation management (at least 5 years of experience)
- Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax regulations, and Social Security framework in relation employee benefits
- Proven experience integrating benefits and payroll processes
- Operational experience with Workday (benefits & compensation modules)
- High level of English (working language; both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations
- Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and critical thinking capability
- Continuous improvement mindset: always looking for better, simpler, and more efficient ways of working
- High level of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
