We are seeking an HR Generalist to collaborate with the HR manager and AJR leadership to provide a variety of HR solutions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll/compensation, performance management, safety, employee relations, records management, retention, rewards and recognition programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources field in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to take direction and work independently, as needed
- Possesses a high level of personal integrity and ability to work with highly confidential information
- Ability to take initiative, with a demonstrated passion and commitment for getting the job done right the first time, to meet stakeholder expectations
- Excellent computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Paycor payroll and time/attendance
- Effective problem solving skills with an eye towards proactive solutions
- Bi-lingual Spanish required
