As a Principal Agentic AI Engineer, you will work with modern software engineering practices, Agentic AI, and GenAI to develop and scale distributed agentic AI solutions, from concept to production. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and product owners to build multi-agent frameworks and orchestrate interactions between agents.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Pro-active mindset and a natural tendency to guide, mentor, and influence other engineers
- Strong business mindset, able to communicate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical problems
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in fast-moving and evolving environments
- Strong Python programming proficiency and solid software engineering foundation
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. Gemini, Claude), RAG architectures, and vector databases
- Experience designing and running production-grade ML systems, including monitoring and observability
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, or very strong experience on another major cloud provider
- Experience designing systems using cloud-based managed services
- Practical knowledge of microservices architectures, REST / gRPC APIs, and async programming models
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform)
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) and multi-agent workflows (strong plus)
- Strong engineering discipline around version control, testing, documentation, and code reviews
