As Regional Director Sales - Private Banking, you will lead the South West region, achieving commercial ambitions and shaping the strategy of the relationship model.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within Private Banking
- Strong track record in managing commercial teams and achieving results in a complex, regulated environment
- Experience with funnel management, sales strategy, and hybrid sales models
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Academic work and thinking level and in possession of required certifications (DSI Advisory, WFT Basis, Vermogen & Hypothecair Krediet)
