Job Description
We are a leading Australian property group looking for a casual Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our Tomakin Holidays site. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and residents.
Requirements
- Welcoming guests warmly and providing information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities
- Converting walk-in bookings, promoting other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upselling suitable products
- Coordinating and delivering engaging holiday activities within budget and maintaining a safe and tidy environment
- Supporting caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness and after-hours guest assistance
