Guest Experience Officer - Inverloch Holiday Park

As a Guest Experience Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of the park, helping deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents.

Requirements

• Welcome guests warmly and provide information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities
• Convert walk-in bookings, promote other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upsell suitable products
• Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and encourage guest participation
• Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales and service procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals
• Support caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness, after-hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules
