Job Description
We are a leading Australian property group looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our Torquay Holidays site. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents.
Requirements
- Welcoming guests warmly and providing information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities
- Converting walk-in bookings and promoting other Ingenia Holidays destinations
- Coordinating and delivering engaging holiday activities within budget
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and following sales and service procedures
