Job Description
Monitorear, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias en integraciones Workday, diseñar y mejorar integraciones, analizar requerimientos y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas, colaborar con stakeholders y equipos funcionales, implementar mejoras y optimizaciones continuas, mantener documentación y asegurar cumplimiento de mejores prácticas, liderar fases de diseño, testing e implementación.
Requirements
- 4 años de experiencia en Workday Integrations o ERP
- Experiencia en iPaaS y desarrollo de integraciones inbound/outbound
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiencia liderando proyectos o equipos
- Conocimiento en Modelos de datos HR (Core HR, Recruiting, Security, BP)
- Integraciones Workday (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, etc.)
- Desarrollo técnico (XML, XSLT, XPath)
- Fuertes habilidades analÃticas y de resolución de problemas
- Excelente comunicación en inglés y español
- Certificación en Workday Integrations
- Experiencia en consultorÃa (idealmente en firmas grandes)
