Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician
- Two years supervising 2 – 3 team members
- HVAC certification (optional)
- EPA certification (optional)
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations (optional)
