Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and carrying out preventative maintenance on assigned property/properties, including maintaining and improving the condition of property grounds and buildings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience
• One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• HVAC certification preferred
• Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Requires the ability to read, speak and comprehend the English language
• Proficiency in performing plumbing, electric and machinery repair
• Ability to follow direction and work independently
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment
