Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician at Ingerman, you will be responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and carrying out preventative maintenance on assigned property/properties. You will maintain and improve the condition of property grounds and buildings and complete work orders in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience
- One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is preferred
- One year of introductory supervisory experience and above average motivation preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
