HR Generalist (m,w,d)

As HR Generalist / Personnel Officer, you are responsible for all personnel matters, working closely with the works council and internal interfaces. The position is temporary for two years, replacing a parental leave, and offers an opportunity to take on responsibility in a professional, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Advice and support of managers and employees in labor law matters
• Management and implementation of all employee lifecycle processes
• Preparation and review of monthly salary accounts
• Management and further development of our time management system
• Maintenance of the HRIS system and ensuring correct data
• Contact person for the works council and active co-determination of collective agreements
• Creation and maintenance of statistics, reports and personnel files
• Participation in HR projects and continuous optimization of processes
