Senior HR Generalist (m/w/d)

The Gardner Denver Thomas GmbH is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage its locations in Germany, responsible for the entire Employee Lifecycle, HR processes, and company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an international industrial or production environment
• In-depth knowledge of German labor law, as well as experience in collaboration with Works Councils
• Very good English skills (B2-C1)
