SEEPEX, a global leader in pump technology, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management and drive employee engagement, productivity, and loyalty. As a strategic and operational HR partner, you will advise management on HR fundamentals, labor law, and collective agreements.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an international industrial or production environment
• Fundamental knowledge of German labor law and experience in collaboration with works councils
