HR Generalist (m/w/d)

SEEPEX is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for strategic and operational HR partnership with management, advice to management on HR basic issues, labor law, collective agreements, and internal guidelines, and implementation and accompaniment of change management initiatives and cultural transformation processes.

Requirements

• Degree in human resources, business administration, or comparable qualification
• 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an international industry or production environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of German labor law and experience in collaborating with works councils
• Broad knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle and common HR processes
• Confident communication skills in German and English
• High advisory competence, trustworthiness, and developed communication and coaching skills
