HR Généraliste

The Chargé(e) Pay and Personnel Administration ensures the administrative and operational management of HR activities for the legal entities: Groupe Airmax (multi-sites) and IREP (Sin Le Noble). The role involves payroll management, personnel administration, organization and integration of employees, competence development, internal communication, and EHS. The ideal candidate has a higher education in Human Resources, Payroll or Management of organizations, and a solid understanding of payroll management processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in Human Resources, Payroll or Management of organizations
• Solid understanding of payroll management processes
• Mastering English
• Mastering Office Pack
• Mastering computer tools and HRIS
• Knowledge of ADP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial company with a multi-site presence and international reach
• Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret payroll data and HR trends
• Results-oriented with particular attention to details
• Creativity and energy to propose innovative solutions and improve existing processes
