Job Description
The Quality Manager will oversee and coordinate quality activities to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. They will work with certifying bodies, suppliers, and internal teams to manage customer complaints and warranty claims, and ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience working within an engineering environment within a similar role
- Knowledge of ISO & IATF management systems
- Use of SAP Quality Management
- Experience of Problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5Y and A3's
- Auditing experience (System, product, process)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
