What You Will Do

Collect rent, inspect property, facilitate tenant moves and maintenance requests, and work to achieve leasing goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office management, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to respond to concerns and meet performance objectives
• Excellence in problem-solving with high efficiency in negotiation
• Very organized person with a strong attention to detail
