Residential Property Manager

Role Overview

As a frontline liaison agent, establish strong relationships and provide excellence in resolving concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. Master the leasing process, from initial inquiry to welcoming new residents. Maintain an accurate count of available apartments and proactively work to achieve leasing goals.

What You Will Do

Collect rent, inspect the property, and facilitate tenant moves and maintenance requests.

Why It Might Be a Fit

1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office management, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle for travel between buildings
