Provide excellence in resolving concerns, manage services, collect rent, inspect property, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office management, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good mastery of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to respond to concerns and meet performance objectives
• Excellence in problem-solving with high efficiency in negotiation
• Very organized person, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
