Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Senior Manager, Global HR Transformation to help modernize HR operations and prepare the organization for AI-enabled HR capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, HR systems, and collaboration across HR, IT, and data-focused teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience
• 3+ years of leading transformation or project-based initiatives
• Hands-on experience partnering with HR Systems / HRIS teams
• Proven ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and data- or technology-focused teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
