We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise in industrial vacuum pump systems to drive business growth, build strategic customer relationships, and support end-to-end sales activities.
Requirements
- Drive sales growth for vacuum pump products across assigned regions and industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with OEMs, end-users, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vacuum pump solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle including enquiries, negotiations, order finalization, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Support after-sales activities in coordination with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, visits, and sales activity.
