The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of progressive cavity pumps (PCPs) across the assigned regions, building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA or sales certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in industrial equipment, ideally with experience selling progressive cavity pumps, pumps, or similar fluid handling equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of pump applications, industrial processes, and fluid handling.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
