Job Description
Ingevity is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers, receive complaints, and provide optimal logistic solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree
- 3 years of Customer Service experience in manufacturing/industrial or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with respect to excellent customer service, customer order entry activity
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 (Sales & Distribution Module) preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
