Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of distribution operatives, communicate company goals, and assess team performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of warehouse experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record of leading teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' warehouse experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- At least 2 years' experience as a Supervisor
- At least 2 years' experience working with a computerized Warehouse / Distribution Management System
- Fork Lift Truck License Holder - Reach / Counter Balance / High-Bay / Combi (desirable)
- GSCE / A level education with a pass grade of A-C in Maths and English
