Head of FP&A

Lead a high-performing team responsible for budget cycles, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, and shape the strategic direction of the UK&I FP&A and Commercial Finance function.

Requirements

• Big 4 qualified accountant (ACA)
• Over 5 years' experience in a senior FP&A leadership role
• Proven background managing and developing finance teams
• Highly analytical and capable of evaluating reporting, KPIs, performance trends and simplifying complex data
• Strategic thinker with strong judgement, autonomous decision-making skills and the confidence to challenge at senior levels
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively and hold a full UK driving licence
