Join INHAUS as a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end selection processes and manage multiple searches simultaneously. Ideal candidate has experience in recruitment tools, understands business needs, and has excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in end-to-end selection processes
- Knowledge and management of recruitment tools such as ATS, portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Ability to understand business and advise hiring managers on profiles, market, and estimated times
- Experience in searches for professional profiles in areas such as technology, product, marketing, and/or sales
- Skill to prioritize tasks, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and meet recruitment KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both with clients and candidates, and a collaborative attitude
- Intermediate or advanced level of English
