Customer Service Technician

We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to assist in servicing our clients in our Columbus, OH territory, developing and maintaining client relationships, and obtaining a thorough knowledge of our products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required
• 3-5 years in sales and customer service experience
• Passion for quality customer service and a can-do attitude
• Strong people skills and an interest in helping to improve the lives of others from a healthcare perspective
• Ability to maintain confidential patient and company information
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR) having it show no major violations in the past 5 consecutive years
