Customer Service Technician

We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to assist us in servicing our clients in our Cleveland, OH territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality customer service and a can-do attitude, with strong people skills and an interest in helping to improve the lives of others from a healthcare perspective.

Requirements

• Delivers and conducts follow-ups on equipment needs for each medical facility
• Coordinates with the territory sales rep to ensure every clinic has the necessary product
• Instructs the clinic on the safe and proper use of the equipment being delivered
