The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and strategic planning activities for a mid-size ($100M annual revenue) U.S. technology and government contracting subsidiary of global organization based in Germany.
Requirements
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the CEO and President.
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, AR/AP, and project accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Coordinate reporting to German parent company and support IFRS-based group consolidation.
- Support proposal pricing and contract financial review.
- Maintain strong internal controls, risk management processes, and corporate governance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Develop and maintain the company’s banking, bonding, and insurance relationships.
- Serve as liaison between U.S. operations and global finance leadership.
- Lead and develop finance, accounting, purchase and logistics teams.
